The Sonetto Stands are a substantial Aluminium construct with the right height to get the Sonetto speakers in just the right spot to sound their best.
It's very important to match the best stands with your speakers and fortunately, Sonus Faber has made matching the Sonetto range of stand-mount speakers a cinch. The fact they securely bolt to the bottom of the speakers is just icing on the cake.
Wooden Flooring? No problems! The Sonetto Stands come with dedicated ‘spike shoes’ or floor protectors so your beautiful floor will be treated with the respect it deserves. They can also be used on tile or stone floors.
"Can't they just sit on the floor?" The truth is you can put the speakers wherever you like but the location and positioning absolutely and significantly affect performance. When bookshelf-sized speakers are placed on the floor or against a wall their sonic output becomes 'connected' to the floor or walls. This results in a sound that is muddy, distorted, and lacking in clarity. Speaker stands to elevate and isolate speakers from floors and walls. Sound is clearer and cleaner with much better imaging and a greater sense of realism.
