The SVS SB12-NSD combines a compact sealed enclosure with a powerful 12-inch driver and sophisticated DSP-controlled amplification to deliver deep, accurate and controlled low-frequency performance.
At the heart of the SB12-NSD is a 12-inch front-firing NSD driver with an aluminium cone, long-throw suspension and a robust cast-aluminium basket. The driver is powered by SVS's STA-400D Sledge amplifier, delivering 400 watts RMS with up to 800 watts of peak dynamic power
The sealed cabinet design allows the SB12-NSD to maintain a relatively compact footprint while providing a frequency response extending down to approximately 23Hz. Its integrated DSP and limiter settings are specifically optimised for the SB12-NSD, helping the subwoofer deliver controlled performance while protecting the driver and amplifier.
The SB12-NSD includes stereo RCA line-level inputs and outputs, an adjustable low-pass filter, phase adjustment and an 80Hz high-pass output. With its compact dimensions and flexible controls, it can be integrated into a wide range of stereo music and home theatre systems.
